AI Can Elevate Every Area of Your Business

ROBOCO is an AI transformation partner offering comprehensive consulting, training, and software development services to help AI become fully integrated across your organization.

Our role isn’t to do the work for you — it’s to make sure your team can use AI directly to raise performance across every part of the business. That’s what ROBOCO does.

AI Is Amplification, Not Replacement

AI doesn’t replace people — it’s a tool that amplifies human capability tenfold, even a hundredfold. This is especially true when it comes to expanding learning and thinking, an area essential to management, where AI can drive revolutionary progress.

Work that used to be out of reach without a large skilled team — data-driven decision-making, software development, process innovation, customer analysis — can now begin immediately with the help of AI. ROBOCO proves this through its own research: completing 48 model-improvement experiments for $3.94, validating KV, event, database, and serverless patterns using nothing but S3, and running LLM agent services for $1–2 a month. None of it required a dedicated research team.

But “possible” and “done safely and effectively” are two different things. That’s exactly where ROBOCO comes in.

You Stay in the Driver’s Seat

Outsourcing can be fast, but the knowledge leaves with the vendor. ROBOCO takes a different path.

The customer holds full ownership and, with the help of AI and the cloud, drives their own AI transformation safely and cost-effectively. ROBOCO is a partner on that journey. That’s why, when supporting a Korean subsidiary of a global service company through a K-FSI audit, we didn’t stop at building a response-drafting workflow — we also established guidelines that let the internal team run anonymization, verification, and answer-quality control themselves.

ROBOCO’s Three Core Strengths

  • Applied AI Expertise: We teach practical methodologies for integrating AI across management and operations. Vibe coding lets even non-developers build software — but we make sure you know the pitfalls and risks up front, and we structurally reduce those risks with a software factory that has security built in. Through our own research — multi-LLM parallel analysis (Persona Insight), S3 pattern-limit experiments (S3 Deep Dive), reproducing 48 SageMaker Spot-based autoresearch experiments for $3.94, and running a serverless LLM agent (Serverless OpenClaw) for $1–2 a month — we’ve directly tested where the boundary between “possible” and “risky” lies, and we guide you accordingly.

  • Global Big Tech Experience: Founding members with backgrounds at Amazon and Google provide a safe guardrail. Even without a dedicated research organization or a large infrastructure budget, our own experiments prove that proven cloud patterns and AI tools can deliver big-tech-level cost efficiency — Spot operations, multipurpose use of S3, multi-LLM analysis — at a fraction of the cost, and we bring those same results directly into your environment.

  • Training and Capability Transfer: The ultimate deliverable of every ROBOCO engagement isn’t a report or a system — it’s the capability accumulated inside your organization. We design role-specific learning loops so executives and leaders understand the direction, practitioners experiment hands-on, and operators measure results. That’s why our vibe coding workshops run separate tracks for senior developers and non-developers, and why Challenge Driven Learning explicitly separates HR, people managers, trainees, and operators into four distinct roles — so learning outcomes are measured and embedded at the organizational level. Your independence is our success.

Vibe Coding, Made Safer: A Software Factory with Built-In Security

Vibe coding dramatically speeds up development. But once AI writes code faster than people can read it, security review that depends on human code review is the first thing to break down. That is why ROBOCO does not leave security to developers’ attention. Instead, we automatically build security into every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

The operating model behind this is the software factory. In a software factory, AI agents carry out every step from intake through implementation, review, merge, deployment, and production monitoring. Each stage has security controls enforced by code and repository protection rules, so an agent cannot ship its output to production without passing through them. ROBOCO runs and validates this structure itself as a public demo.

SDLC stage Security controls applied automatically
Intake Issue text is treated as untrusted input, and instructions inside it are read only as requirements (a defense against prompt injection). Requests from outsiders are not implemented until an authorized person approves the start.
Implementation The agent’s runtime gets no repository write token, only a single AI engine key. Secret values are stripped from child-process environment variables. If an agent modifies factory rules, workflows, or test criteria, the checks fail.
Review A different model from the one that wrote the code performs an independent cross-review. For bug fixes, the factory automatically verifies that the test fails on the code before the fix and passes after it.
Merge The risk tier is determined automatically from the paths of changed files. Changes to authentication, database migrations, dependencies, or factory rules merge only with human approval. Even low-risk changes must pass every required check, such as type checking, tests, risk tier, and evidence checks.
Deployment Deployment secrets live only in the deployment workflows. Agent changes that touch high-risk paths are not deployed even to the preview environment.
Operations Production is checked read-only every six hours, and errors and user feedback automatically become issues. When an incident occurs, an automated postmortem analyzes the cause and, if confidence conditions are met, opens a PR that reverts the causing change.

These controls are not a written checklist; they are running code. They are designed so that even when an agent makes a mistake or is influenced by malicious input, it cannot pass by loosening its own verification criteria. When a client adopts vibe coding, ROBOCO designs these principles and structures together with them to fit their development environment.

  • Companies new to AI: Take your first step with an AI Bootcamp
  • Companies scaling AI adoption: We co-design a multi-stage program matched to your organization’s size and maturity, growing alongside you as a partner
  • Companies transforming the whole organization: We support everything from an organization-wide AI integration strategy to internal capability building

A Virtuous Cycle Between Consulting and Research

ROBOCO moves in two directions at once, compounding experience quickly.

① Projects that directly contribute to client businesses — the goal isn’t to build something for the client, but to leave behind an operating model where executives, leaders, and practitioners learn and improve by using AI themselves:

  • Vibe coding adoption consulting for a domestic security software group
  • K-FSI audit response support for the Korean subsidiary of a global service company
  • Vibe coding workshop curriculum (separate tracks for developers and non-developers)
  • Challenge Driven Learning (a training platform with a four-role learning loop for HR, managers, trainees, and operators)

② Self-directed experiments using AI as a researcher — proof of the democratization of technology: running experiments that once required a dedicated team and a large budget solo, in a short time, at low cost, and publishing the results:

  • Persona Insight (multi-LLM, four-dimensional scoring of Git activity)
  • S3 Deep Dive (an experiment extending S3 into a key-value store, event store, RDBMS, and serverless RDBMS)
  • Serverless Autoresearch (reproducing Karpathy’s autoresearch on Spot instances — 48 experiments for $3.94)
  • Serverless OpenClaw (running an LLM agent service for $1–2 a month)
  • The Software Factory Demo (an AI-agent development system that automatically applies security controls at every SDLC stage, from intake to production monitoring)

Patterns validated in both streams flow back into the diagnosis, training, and PoC design for the next client, continuously sharpening the speed and accuracy of our consulting. You can find detailed descriptions of each case on the Solutions and Products pages.
