  • Website usage statistics: This website uses Google Firebase Analytics. Through it, non-identifying usage statistics such as browser and device information, approximate location (country/city level), pages visited, and access timestamps are collected automatically, and cookies or similar identifiers may be used in the process.

3. Outsourced Processing and Overseas Transfers

  • GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages): Website hosting. Access records such as IP addresses may be processed on GitHub’s infrastructure when you visit the site.

4. Retention and Use Period

  • Email inquiry information: Retained for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved, for the purpose of managing consultation history, and then destroyed. If the inquiry leads to a contract, the retention period defined by the laws applicable to that contract will apply.
  • Usage statistics: Subject to the default data retention settings of Google Analytics.
