ROBOCO Partners With You to Integrate AI Across Your Business
AI doesn’t replace people — it amplifies their capabilities tenfold. ROBOCO delivers comprehensive consulting, training, and software development so your company can capture that amplification effect directly.
AI Bootcamp — Getting Started
For companies just beginning to adopt AI. We train your core team to use AI to boost productivity across the board, and to build and operate software on their own.
Right for you if you’re
- A startup with a strong idea but no technical team
- A company that wants to start using AI but doesn’t know where to begin
- A company that wants to break free of outsourcing dependence and build internal capability
What’s included
- Hands-on training in using AI across management and operations (decision-making, analysis, communication, and more)
- Hands-on vibe coding training (separate tracks for developers and non-developers) — developers learn to use AI as a collaborator to speed up development, while non-developers learn to automate repetitive tasks themselves and cut operational time
- Support in selecting AI tools and building workflows for specific tasks
- A hands-on workshop where your team builds its first prototype/MVP directly
- A guide to basic cloud infrastructure setup
- Guidelines and checklists your organization can use to operate and improve independently afterward (in regulated areas like audit and compliance, this means embedding the internal team’s ability to run anonymization, verification, and answer-quality control on a repeatable basis)
Real-world applications
The point of the bootcamp isn’t to sit through lectures — it’s to let the client’s team use AI as a collaborator to automate and improve their own work.
- Vibe coding workshop curriculum — separate tracks for senior developers and non-developers, so developers use AI as a collaborator to speed up development while non-developers automate repetitive tasks and cut operational time.
- Challenge Driven Learning — a training platform that explicitly separates four roles: HR staff, people managers, trainees, and operators. Participants bring real work problems into the program, so learning outcomes are measured and embedded at the organizational level, turning the training budget into an asset rather than a cost.
- K-FSI audit response support for the Korean subsidiary of a global service company — we designed a policy, evidence-organization, and response-drafting workflow together with AI to speed up and standardize responses to auditor inquiries, and embedded guidelines that let the internal team run anonymization, verification, and answer-quality control themselves — structurally lowering compliance risk. (For dedicated support across the full certification journey, see Certification & Compliance Consulting below.)
ROBOCO’s role: Coach. You do the work; ROBOCO teaches and corrects from the sidelines.
AI Partnership — Growing Together
For companies that have started using AI but need to tackle deeper challenges. We work through technical obstacles alongside you on the AI transformation journey that you lead.
Right for you if you’re
- A company that has started using AI but is struggling to scale
- A company that needs to modernize legacy systems but isn’t sure which direction to take
- A company that wants to systematically build its internal team’s AI capability
What’s included
- Pair programming/pair design with your internal team (you lead, ROBOCO assists)
- Strategy development and execution support for legacy system modernization
- Training and implementation support for AI-driven workflow automation
- Advisory support and risk assessment for technical decisions
- Developing internal AI champions — through multi-stage programs like a company-wide adoption session for all developers, a modern software engineering session for senior leaders, and a full-day adoption workshop (as in our project with a domestic security software group), we cultivate AI champions sized to your organization so leaders and practitioners drive change with a shared vocabulary
- Weekly standing meetings: progress reviews, direction alignment, and unblocking
Real-world applications
The point of the partnership is to stay alongside the client, who keeps their hands on the wheel, so they can drive bigger change faster.
- Vibe coding adoption consulting for a domestic security software group — we designed and ran a three-stage Why–What–How program: a “state of vibe coding” adoption session for 70 developers, a modern software engineering session for 20 senior leaders, and a full-day adoption workshop. This change-management project got leaders and practitioners aligned on a shared vocabulary for change, lifting the speed and consistency of AI adoption across the entire organization.
ROBOCO’s role: Senior partner. You keep your hands on the wheel; ROBOCO navigates from the passenger seat.
AI Transformation Advisory — Transforming the Whole Organization
For mid-size to large enterprises that need organization-wide AI transformation. We build strategy together with executive leadership and systematically drive change so AI becomes integrated across the entire business — strategy, marketing, operations, and development.
Right for you if you’re
- A company that needs an AI transformation strategy but doesn’t know where to start
- A company that wants to elevate AI capability company-wide
- A company pursuing tech stack modernization and organizational culture change at the same time
What’s included
- Developing a company-wide AI integration strategy and roadmap (executive workshops)
- Identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities by department (using multi-LLM parallel analysis and four-dimensional scoring, as in Persona Insight, to support data-driven prioritization — no separate data science organization required)
- Designing and running company-wide AI training programs (from executives to practitioners)
- Supporting your team in directly running AI adoption PoCs — even without a dedicated cloud research team, we help you validate advanced patterns like multipurpose S3 use, SageMaker Spot, multi-LLM analysis, and serverless LLM agents through small-scale experiments
- Support for building an internal AI Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Quarterly executive briefings and roadmap reviews
Real-world applications
The point of the advisory service is to give executives the information and execution methods they need to set direction. ROBOCO builds that evidence base not only from client PoCs, but from its own experiments using AI as a researcher.
Tools validated in the field with clients
- Persona Insight — analyzes Git/GitHub/GitLab activity data in parallel across three LLMs (Claude, GPT, and Gemini) to infer the business impact of developers and teams. Uses four-dimensional scoring — Business 40 / Customer 25 / Code Quality 20 / Engineering Practice 15 — with full transparency on the reasoning behind every score. Demonstrates that data-driven HR and prioritization decisions are possible without a separate data science organization.
Self-directed experiments using AI as a researcher — proof of the democratization of technology
Experiments that once required a dedicated cloud team, data scientists, and a large infrastructure budget can now be run solo, in a short time, at low cost, by using AI as a researcher — and we publish the results. We bring that same approach directly into client organizations.
- S3 Deep Dive — an experiment pushing Amazon S3 beyond simple storage into a key-value store, event store, durable RDBMS (Litestream + SQLite), serverless RDBMS (Athena), and a file I/O alternative. We published deployable code (via CDK) alongside honest trade-off benchmarks against purpose-built services, proving that architecture-decision guardrails can be built quickly without a dedicated cloud research team.
- Serverless Autoresearch — reproducing Karpathy’s autoresearch overnight model-improvement experiment, which once required occupying an H100 for eight hours, on SageMaker Spot instances. 2.3× faster and 5–18× cheaper, achieving a val_bpb of 0.9951 — beating the upstream reported 0.998 — on H100 Spot for about $3.5, and completing all 48 experiments for $3.94. We also published an eight-part hands-on tutorial so anyone can replicate the same approach.
- Serverless OpenClaw — running OpenClaw on-demand on AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda Container + ECS Fargate Spot). $1–2 a month for personal use, a 1.35-second cold start, and zero cost when idle. By using API Gateway instead of an ALB, we eliminated $18–25 in monthly fixed costs — proof that LLM agent services can be run cost-effectively too.
The learning barriers we identify in the Bootcamp, the organizational adoption patterns we validate in the Partnership, and the technical validation results from advisory projects and our own experiments all flow back into the diagnosis and execution plan for the next client — continuously raising the speed and accuracy of ROBOCO’s consulting.
ROBOCO’s role: Strategic advisor. Executives set the direction; ROBOCO provides the information and execution methods that decision requires.
Certification & Compliance Consulting — Entering Regulated Markets
Entering Korea’s regulated markets requires certification. Cloud providers serving the financial sector must pass K-FSI (the Financial Security Institute’s CSP Safety Assessment), and companies that need to prove their information security posture must earn ISO 27001 or K-ISMS. ROBOCO accelerates the entire certification journey — criteria analysis, gap review, evidence management, and response drafting — with AI agents that run inside your private tenancy.
The materials involved in certification prep are your company’s most sensitive documents: security policies, audit evidence, contracts. In ROBOCO’s approach, none of it leaves your environment. Because both the agents and the knowledge base operate entirely within infrastructure you own and control, the process of preparing for compliance never violates compliance itself.
Right for you if you’re
- A global SaaS/cloud company preparing for the K-FSI assessment to win Korean financial-sector customers
- A company facing initial certification or renewal for ISO 27001 or K-ISMS(-P)
- A company whose headquarters works in English while the audit runs in Korean, making bilingual response and evidence management a burden
- A company where audit know-how accumulates only in individuals — not the organization — forcing a restart from scratch every year
What’s included
- Criteria structuring and gap review — We structure the assessment criteria item by item (e.g., K-FSI’s 11 control domains, 48 assessment items, and 162 assessment methods) and run gap reviews based on the previous year’s findings. Reviews are cross-validated across different LLMs to filter out single-model bias.
- A regulatory knowledge base (LLM Wiki) — We compile assessment criteria, applicable laws, internal controls, and evidence into a cross-referenced wiki. Unlike RAG, which re-searches every time, knowledge understood once gets reused — so response speed compounds throughout the audit, and after certification the wiki remains your asset, becoming the starting point for next year’s renewal.
- An evidence management system — We build a three-layer mapping from assessment item (§X.Y.Z) to control to evidence file, and test accessibility by asking, “When an auditor reviews this item, how many steps does it take to reach which materials?” Auditor feedback is decomposed and classified at the atomic level so nothing slips through.
- A register of applicable laws — We collect the full text of the Korean laws cited in the assessment (the Cloud Computing Act, the Regulation on Supervision of Electronic Financial Transactions, the Personal Information Protection Act, and more) and map each to its assessment items, structurally preventing “failure to review applicable laws” findings.
- Bilingual response management — We review translation and terminology consistency between English draft responses and the Korean submissions (Korean audits accept only Korean-language documents), resolving the language barrier between headquarters and the Korean audit at the workflow level.
- Operational internalization — After certification, we embed guidelines and workflows so your internal team can run evidence collection, verification, and answer-quality control on a repeatable basis.
Real-world applications
- K-FSI safety assessment response for a global SaaS company — We compiled 156 pages of assessment criteria and five applicable laws into a private knowledge base, and cross-validated gap reviews based on the previous year’s audit findings across multiple LLMs. We decomposed some 280 auditor feedback items to the atomic level, mapped them to some 50 evidence folders, and ran the daily cycle of feedback processing, evidence submission, and re-request handling as an AI agent workflow — securing both speed and consistency in audit response. Every document was processed exclusively within the client’s own environment.
ROBOCO’s role: Certification preparation partner. The data stays in your tenancy and the know-how stays in your organization; ROBOCO provides the methodology and the agent workflows.
Why ROBOCO Is Different
We Don’t Do the Work for You
Outsourcing can be fast, but the knowledge leaves with the vendor. ROBOCO designs role-specific learning loops so executives and leaders understand the direction, practitioners experiment hands-on, and operators measure results. It may look slower, but capability accumulates inside your organization. That’s a real investment.
We Provide a Safe Guardrail
AI has made it possible for anyone to do remarkable things — but hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt are more common risks than ever. Experts vetted at big tech companies flag those risks before they become problems, continuously feeding failure conditions, cost patterns, and security risks learned from our own experiments and client projects back into the guardrails for the next engagement. That means clients can start adopting AI with far less trial and error.
We Celebrate Graduation
ROBOCO’s success is the client’s independence. Once your team can use AI on its own, that’s the best possible outcome. And an independent company is bound to take on even bigger challenges next.
